Mike Rogers (President and founder of Wayzata-based 360 Financial) and his wife, Anne, took over ownership of the Lake Minnetonka Triathlon in 2018, after many years as lead sponsors, volunteers, and even race participants. Their vision was simple: add a strong charitable giving component that will raise money for our community.
To date, the Lake Minnetonka Triathlon is proud to have donated over $89,000 to local charities!
In order to make a more substantial impact with those donation dollars, two long-term charity partners were selected: Interfaith Outreach and Community for the Commons. You can learn more about these great organizations below.
*We are pleased to announce that the Lake Minnetonka Triathlon Inc. is now officially classified as a public charity under the IRS, meaning donations are tax-deductible.

75% of all net proceeds benefit Interfaith Outreach, specifically their Neighborhood Youth Scholarship Program.
The program provides financial support to children in our community to participate in programs such as swimming lessons, running clubs, and summer camps, alongside their peers. Without the support of this program, many of these kids would not be able to participate due to lack of funds.
Zach Bucheger, Neighborhood Program Manager at Interfaith Outreach, explains what the Neighborhood Youth Scholarship Program is and how it plays such a pivotal role in supporting the children in our community.
Mike Rogers and Kevin Ward, Executive Director of Interfaith Outreach, discuss the importance of community collaboration and what makes Interfaith Outreach unique.
